Joel Conary

Joel Conary has a long and varied work experience. Joel began their career in 2005 as a Technology Assistant and Teacher at La Reina High School, where they taught a 7th grade literature class focused on reading, writing, and study skills, as well as a multi-grade computer skills class. In 2011, they moved to Villanova Preparatory School, where they served as Director of Technology. In 2018, they moved to Moorpark Unified School District, where they were Director of Information Technology. In 2019, they took on two roles, first as Director of Information Technology at PBS Biotech, Inc. and then as a Stay at Home Dad for Household Management. In 2022, they began their current role as Manager of IT Operations for Serán Bioscience.

Joel Conary obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature, General from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2001 and 2005. Joel then went on to earn a Master of Arts (MA) in Secondary Education and Teaching from Loyola Marymount University between 2007 and 2009.
