Justin Kelly PE is a Senior CIP Engineer at SERC Reliability Corporation since September 2019. Prior to that, Justin worked as an Electrical Engineer at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a decade. Justin holds a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering from Messiah College.
