Lindsey Stephens

Lindsey Stephens, PE is a Senior Reliability Engineer at SERC Reliability Corporation, leading projects across various program areas. Lindsey also serves as a Yoga Teacher at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte and is the Founder and Chair of the Employee Resource Group Open Minds. With a background in electrical engineering, Lindsey has held various roles at Duke Energy Corporation, Eaton, and other organizations, showcasing their expertise in clean energy strategy, energy storage, system operations, and more. Lindsey holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems from Clemson University.
