Jacob Catalano has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Server at Landry's Restaurants from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they took on the role of Sale Chat Intern at XSELL Technologies, where they received 85% on customer service surveys consistently and improved salesmanship through consultative sales tactics. In 2016, they took on the role of Marketing Intern at Dallas Theater Center. From 2014 to 2019, they were employed at ExamSoft, where they held the roles of Marketing Automation Manager, Marketing Automation Specialist, and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, they managed the production and creation of all marketing videos, shipping logistics, all prospective lead generation, competitive analysis, and marketing team project management. Jacob also managed conference lead retrieval through Salesforce and HubSpot, and worked alongside Marketing Automation Specialist to manage e-mail marketing and other automated efforts. In 2019, they took on the role of Digital Marketing Manager at ALM First. Finally, in 2020, they began their current role as Product Manager, Labs and CRM & Marketing Automation Manager (Consultant) at Sercante.
Jacob Catalano received their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas in 2016. Jacob has also obtained three certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in December 2021, Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant in January 2021, and Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist in December 2020.
