Ed Ceva is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in electronic security systems and business development within the defense sector. Currently serving as Program Manager at SERCO INC since March 2019, Ed oversees the design, procurement, installation, sustainment, and testing of security systems for the US Navy. Ed has also held significant roles at BAE Systems and Goldbelt, Incorporated as a Project Manager and Security Consultant, respectively. Notably, during tenure at Alutiiq LLC, leadership included successful multi-million dollar proposal efforts and management of security programs for the US Navy and Air Force. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Winthrop University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Ecology & Environmental Technology from Paul Smith's College.
