Andrew Head

Andrew joined Serco Asia Pacific in October 2023 as CEO.

Andrew has more than 25 years' experience spanning the public and private sector, including listed and unlisted companies, state government and international consulting organisations.

From 2018 to 2023, Andrew was CEO of WestConnex, Australia’s largest road infrastructure project (AUD$16B). He spent 20 years at Transurban (ASX:TCL) including 15 years as an Executive Committee member where he was a key contributor to the growth of the company from a small listed entity with one asset to the world’s largest toll road company with a portfolio of 22 assets and a market capitalisation of over AUD$60B. He is a highly successful leader with specialist expertise developed in relation to leading and growing companies within complex stakeholder environments.

Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in political science and communication, and has qualifications from the Australian Securities Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has completed the Insead Advanced Management Program (Fontainebleau, France) and attended the Stanford Business School Executive Education program
