Diane Price has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Diane began their career in 1996 at GRC, International, where they served as an HRIS & Compensation Administrator. Diane later moved on to roles such as Technical Recruiter & Benefits Administrator at the same company, and then transitioned to AT&T as an HRIS & Compensation Manager in 1998. Diane continued to work at AT&T as an HR Director until 2003, when they joined NATEK Incorporated as an HR Director. In 2005, they became an HR Director at Blue Canopy Group, and in 2007, they took on the role of Vice President, Human Resources & Administrative Services at Pepco Energy Services. Diane's next position was with Exelon as an Executive Director, Business Operations from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, they have held the title of Vice President, Human Resources & Ethics Officer at Whitney, Bradley & Brown, which was acquired by Serco in 2021. Currently, Diane is serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Systems at Serco.
Diane Price holds a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, also from West Virginia University. Diane has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and an Organizational Development and Leadership Certificate from Fielding Graduate University. Diane has also obtained various certifications, including the Birkman Method, CCP, Change Management Certification, Knowledge Management Professional, MBTI Certified, Organizational Development and Conflict Resolution, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), SPHR, Senior Certified Professional, Strategic Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Targeted Selection.
