Frédéric Misheletti

Frédéric Misheletti has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the IT Director Europe and a member of the Senior Management Team for Serco's European businesses. Frédéric is responsible for developing and implementing the EU IT Strategy, ensuring the delivery of IT services aligns with business objectives, and maintaining cybersecurity measures. Frédéric also works on business growth by applying digital technologies and optimizing costs through process digitization and automation. Prior to Serco, they served as an Executive Board Member at Ingenieurs et Scientifiques de France and Vice President International at CentraleSupélec Alumni. Frédéric had significant roles at DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, Procter & Gamble, Centre national de la recherche scientifique, and IBM earlier in their career. These positions involved project management, strategic development, and network engineering.

Frédéric Misheletti has a diverse education history. In 1995, they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications from CentraleSupélec. That same year, they engaged in research for their Master's thesis at the University of Connecticut, focusing on Signal Processing. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they pursued a Master's degree in Physics and OptoElectronics at Centrale Méditerranée. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, they completed Executive Education and received a Certificate of Achievement in Digital Transformation from Vlerick Business School. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Cybersecurity for Executives, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Ethics in the Age of AI, Posture et compétences du manager à distance, On Strategy : What Managers Can Learn from Philosophy, ITIL v3 Foundations, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist at different time periods.
