Kathryn Haywood

Kathryn Haywood has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1995 with Price Waterhouse as an Internal Auditor. Kathryn then worked at PWC as an Audit Senior before joining National Grid as a Lead Internal Auditor. Kathryn later joined Ernst and Young as a Manager before returning to National Grid as a Senior Auditor and then as a Quality Manager. Kathryn then moved to Wolseley as the Head of Risk and Compliance before their current role as the Group Director of Risk and Assurance at Serco.

Kathryn Haywood attended the University of Plymouth from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Policy and Administration.
