Paul Coviello has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Paul served as Vice President and Program Director for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Eligibility Support (CMS-ES) contract at Serco from 2001 to the present. In this role, they oversee various aspects of program delivery, including finance, operations, training, quality, data analytics, business process management, and IT development for a $1B contract awarded in 2018. Prior to that, they also held the position of Project Director at Serco from 2001 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Campaign Aide for Senator Kennedy from 1993 to 1998.
Paul Coviello obtained an MBA degree in Operations and Marketing from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Government from Wesleyan University in 1992.
