Steven Hayward

Steven Hayward has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steven began their career in 1989 with Marriott Corporation in a catering role, where they managed daily operations and oversaw special events. In 1998, they joined The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club as the Executive Director of Club Operations, where they provided leadership and supervised all aspects of clubhouse operations.

In 2011, Hayward moved on to become the General Manager of Cumberland Club, a private business club. Steven was responsible for rescuing the failing club and overseeing overall operations.

In 2015, Hayward joined Rolling Hills Country Club as the Clubhouse Manager. Steven supervised a staff of 50 and was accountable for the entire clubhouse operation. Steven successfully implemented a consistent training program and created a member-centric work culture.

Since 2016, Hayward has been working at Serendipity Labs. Steven started as an Operations Manager and later took on roles as Area Director of Operations and Director of New Lab Success. Serendipity Labs offers upscale coworking spaces, and Hayward has played a key role in delivering high-performance coworking solutions for mobile professionals and independent workers.

Steven Hayward earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. Additionally, in November 2012, they obtained certification as a Certified Club Manager from the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA).
