Kelly Hickey

Kelly Hickey has held a variety of roles in the finance and accounting industry since 1992. Kelly began their career as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP and then moved on to become the Director of Financial Reporting & Compliance at Spectralink Corp. in 2001. In 2006, they joined Oxlo Systems as the VP of Finance & Accounting and then moved to RE/MAX in 2008 as the VP of Finance. In 2014, they became the VP of Accounting at Datalogix, which was acquired by Oracle that same year. In 2016, they co-founded Silvernest and served as COO, CFO until it was acquired by Incenter in 2021. Currently, they are the Fractional CFO at Serenity. Additionally, Kelly has served on the Board of Directors of the Front Range Community College Foundation since 2012.

Kelly Hickey attended the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a B.S in Accounting and Marketing.
