Alessandra Fergola has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Alessandra began their career as an intern and later worked as a women's designer at COMVERT S.r.l. Alessandra then moved on to Alpinestars SPA, where they served as a product developer for performance apparel. Alessandra joined Puma as a product developer and later became a designer, specializing in collaborating with artists and labels for the Puma Premier - SELECT range.

After leaving Puma, they worked as a freelance senior designer and creative consultant for various fashion lifestyle and sports performance brands. Alessandra then became a design manager at STUDIO ABLEY LIMITED, overseeing multiple brands and license accounts. Alessandra was responsible for creating seasonal key stories and creative directions, as well as managing freelance designers.
