Tyler Sinclair Monteferrante

Tyler Sinclair Monteferrante is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in building and guiding design teams across multiple industries. Currently serving as Design Leadership at Instacart since 2020, Tyler has played a pivotal role in launching new business units such as Instacart Health and Carrot AI. As an advisor for ModeSens and Serif, significant contributions have been made to product, design, and brand strategy, including leading rebranding efforts. Previously, Tyler held the position of Head of Design at Ethos Life, successfully growing the design organization and establishing critical UX research practices. Tyler's earlier roles include Product Design Lead at Flipboard, where strategic redesigns enhanced user engagement, and Fellow at Kleiner Perkins. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Design from the University of Washington and attendance at Phillips Exeter Academy.
