Carolyn Cope is the Founder and Publisher of Umami Girl, a popular food and lifestyle blog established in 2008, attracting a global audience with its engaging content on smart, healthy living. In addition to this role, Carolyn serves as a Columnist for Serious Eats since 2009. Prior experience includes practicing corporate transactional law as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2006 to 2008, and providing consulting services to healthcare companies regarding emerging technologies as the Independent Consultant and CEO of Carolyn G.
