Craig Cavallo is a seasoned writer and editor with extensive experience in the food and travel sectors. Currently serving as a contributing writer for Condé Nast Traveler, Saveur, and Serious Eats since their respective engagements began, Craig also founded and holds the position of Editor-in-Chief at Digest NY.
