Amanda Lombard

Ms. Lombard served as Chief Accounting Officer at Seritage before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Seritage, Ms. Lombard was the Chief Accounting Officer of Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT). There she was responsible for all of the financial reporting and accounting activities and worked closely with the treasury, tax, investor relations and capital markets teams. Ms. Lombard is a CPA.
