Jake Niznik

Jake Niznik is a skilled Portfolio Manager at Seritage Growth Properties since January 2022 and previously served as a Property Management Associate at Brookfield Properties, where responsibilities included facilitating license agreement administration and coordinating logistics for merchant openings and vacancies.
