Fiona Rockel

Fiona Rockel has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People, Performance and Culture at Serko Ltd. since February 2014. Previous roles include People and Performance Manager at Serko Ltd., Human Resources Manager at Debtworks New Zealand and Telecom New Zealand, and Human Resources Manager at Tacit Group. Fiona has also worked as an HR Contractor at Fonterra and held the position of Human Resources Officer at The Wellcome Trust. Early career experience includes serving as Organisational Development Manager at Tip Top Icecream Company. Fiona Rockel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Auckland.
