Dave Shoup

Dave Shoup serves as the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Sermo since January 2024. Prior to this role, Shoup held several leadership positions at The Curry Rockefeller Group, LLC, as Sr. Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and Manager of Operations from May 2013 to January 2024, focusing on strategic medical education and global publication planning. Shoup's extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes roles as Vice President at Merz Pharmaceuticals in both Neuroscience Strategic Business and Neurology, and Vice President of Global Commercial Development at TALECRIS Biotherapeutics. Earlier in their career, Shoup contributed as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at EMD Pharmaceuticals Merck KGaA and as Director of Breast Cancer Products at AstraZeneca. Shoup earned a degree from Indiana University Bloomington between 1978 and 1983.
