Kulasit Kongsanae possesses extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, particularly in the condom production industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Sermsuk Public Company Limited since October 2016, Kulasit previously held senior roles at Ansell, including Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing condom operations and implementing lean six sigma strategies. Kulasit's career began at Suretex Limited as Production Manager, alongside earlier positions as Mechanical Engineer and Process Engineer, where foundational skills in maintenance and process improvement were developed. Kulasit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rangsit University.
