Previous positions encompass multiple Driller roles at Drill Force New Zealand Ltd, Honnor Drilling, and Parker Drilling Company, as well as Assistant Driller experience at Ensco plc. Jon's expertise includes team supervision, safety training delivery, and performance management, underpinned by a background in maintenance and diagnostics engineering from Ruawai College.
