Gideon Gerber

Gideon Gerber is a legal expert with extensive experience in compliance solutions for businesses in South Africa. As the Founding Director of SERR Synergy since June 2014, Gideon focuses on addressing the B-BBEE Codes and legal compliance requirements. Prior to this, Gideon took a self-proclaimed sabbatical from March 2011 to May 2014 after serving as the Founding Director of SEESA (Pty) Ltd from October 1998 until its sale to Rand Merchant Bank in 2009, remaining as a non-executive director until February 2011. Currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Pretoria, Gideon's research targets fronting practices within the B-BBEE framework in South Africa.
