Sandile Thwala has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as an OD-ETD Practitioner and H.R. at Ka-Maphatha Consulting and Developments since January 2011. In addition, Sandile holds the position of Chairman at Ka-Maphatha Group of Companies, where management and oversight of the group's operations are key responsibilities.
