Ali Cleaves

Ali Cleaves has extensive experience in job corps management, beginning as a Security Officer at ResCare from January 2012 to July 2013. Following that role, Ali served as a Career Preparation Period Instructor and later as a Work Based Learning Coordinator at Alutiiq, LLC from July 2013 to July 2019, focusing on skill development for participants. Transitioning to Adams and Associates, Inc., Ali took on roles as a Work Based Learning Advisor and Center Shift Manager in Flint Genesee Job Corps from January 2019 to September 2020. Currently, Ali holds the position of Center Standards Officer at Serrato Corporation, overseeing operations at the Detroit Job Corps Center since September 2020.
