Belinda Shields

Belinda Shields has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Belinda is currently working at Serrato Corporation, where they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources since December 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Director of HR at the same company from July 2021 to December 2021 and as a Corporate Human Resources Manager from March 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Serrato Corporation, Belinda worked as a Human Resources Manager at Flint Hills Job Corps from December 2017 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Coordinator at Cleveland Job Corps Ctr from September 2015 to December 2017.

Belinda also gained experience as a Mobile Recruiter Specialist at Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio from May 2014 to May 2015. Before that, they worked as an HR/PR/Staffing Admin at Medical Staffing Network from December 2007 to May 2014 and as a Human Resources Administrator at Shiloh Industries from September 2005 to June 2007.

These certifications were earned in April and July of 2020.
