Jesse Vanpool

Jesse Vanpool has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. In their current role as a Human Resources Director at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, Jesse is responsible for overseeing HR operations. Prior to this, they served as an HR Director North America at The Crosby Group from 2018 to 2022. Jesse also has experience as a Value Stream Leader and Human Resources Manager at General Cable from 2013 to 2018. In addition, Jesse worked at UST Global as an HR Group Lead Global Accounts, where they handled global HR operations, conducted investigations, and contributed to organizational development. Previously, they served as a Human Resource Manager at Gates Corporation and Dana Corp, providing vision and direction for HR development. Jesse also worked as a Human Resource Supervisor at Deluxe Media Services Inc and as an Engineering Support Tech at Dana Corporation. Prior to their civilian career, Jesse served in the United States Army as an M1A1 Tank Gunner from 1988 to 1992.

Jesse Vanpool earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Arkansas Tech University in the years 1994 to 1999. In 2002, they obtained a Certification in Lean Leadership from the University of Kentucky.
