Robert Burch

Rob Burch currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Burch was the CEO of Kindel Furniture Company from April 2014 to August 2023, overseeing all aspects of the business and luxury furniture collections. From September 2012 to August 2023, Burch held the position of Senior Director of Operations and Supply Chain at DWH, LLC, focusing on supply chain improvements for clients. Burch also served as President of Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. from July 2011 to March 2014, providing consulting in supply chain management. At Berkline LLC, Burch was President and CEO from April 2009 to June 2011, successfully reducing EBITDA loss and stabilizing sales. Additional experience includes Executive VP of Operations at Simmons Bedding Company and VP of Order Fulfillment at Steelcase. Burch has also been a Board Member for Independent Bank from 1995 to 2005. Burch holds a BBA in Business from the University of Michigan.
