Sylvia Navarro

Sylvia Navarro currently serves as the VP of Delivery at Servant, bringing a wealth of experience in managing business applications and process improvement from previous roles at BigCommerce and VEB Solutions. With a strong background in IT management, including positions at Cloudentity and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Sylvia has demonstrated expertise in optimizing service enhancements and streamlining project execution. Notable accomplishments also include leading significant teams and projects at Harris Corporation, where responsibilities spanned product design to program management. An accomplished leader, Sylvia has a DTM from Toastmasters International and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the Florida Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
