Johnny Spagnola has extensive experience in the customer service industry. Johnny began their career at the University of Phoenix in 2002 as the Director of Contact Center, overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple customer service and sales contact centers. During their time there, they managed over 550 employees and implemented various projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. In 2018, Johnny joined The Money Source Inc. as the Vice President of Call Centers, where they were responsible for managing call center operations and later promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Customer. In 2023, they joined Servbank as the Senior Vice President of Customer. Throughout their career, Johnny has demonstrated their ability to drive world-class customer service and lead diverse teams.
Johnny Spagnola has a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts degree in Web and Graphic Design from Collins College. Johnny also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2018. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Yellow Belt in Call Center Sigma from Insite Managed Solutions, LLC - The Contact Center Experts, in 2014.
