Matthew Gomes

Matthew Gomes is an experienced Infrastructure Architect with a strong background in technical engineering and support escalation in Microsoft systems. Previous positions include Support Escalation Engineer focused on Windows and Active Directory Services at Microsoft, as well as roles such as Senior Technical Engineer and Systems Engineer for Servcorp and NEC Australia respectively. Matthew has demonstrated expertise in service delivery and support while serving as a Senior Service Delivery and Support Officer at TAFE NSW. Educational qualifications consist of an Advanced Diploma of Information Technology with a specialization in Network Security and a Diploma of Information Technology specializing in Networking, both obtained from TAFE NSW in 2009 and 2010.
