Richard Chyle

Richard Chyle is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience in the multifamily and investment real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Multifamily & Investment Real Estate Broker at Summa, Investment Properties Division since September 2011, Richard specializes in duplex, triplex, and small apartment buildings, focusing on wealth building through real estate investment. Prior experience includes a tenure as Principal Real Estate Broker at Prudential NW Properties from December 1991 to October 2011, where brokerage services were provided for various real estate transactions in the greater Portland area. Richard also co-owned PLEX Properties LLC, specializing in the acquisition and redevelopment of distressed properties, and was an Equity Owner/Manager at PLEXPROS, facilitating significant brokerage operations across Oregon and Washington. Richard holds a Dispute Resolution Certificate, Mediation & ADR from Marylhurst University.
