Dean Ginsberg has a wide range of work experience. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder of Served® Hard Seltzer. From 2008 to 2019, they were the Director of the Cantina Laredo restaurant brand in the UK & Ireland. In 2018, Cantina Laredo Covent Garden was voted by Michelin as London’s 33rd best restaurant. In 2008, Dean Ginsberg completed a work experience at Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited. In 2007, they completed a six-week summer internship in advisory services and audit at EY, and was offered a graduate position to start in September 2008.

Dean Ginsberg received a Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies from Nottingham University Business School between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Wellington College from 2000 to 2005.
