Joseph McGuire P.e.

Joseph McGuire, P.E. is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in compliance engineering and product safety management. Currently serving as Compliance Engineering Manager at Server Technology since September 2017, Joseph oversees product safety, risk assessments, and certification for Information Technology Equipment. Previous roles include Electrical Engineer at Hamilton Company and GE Oil & Gas, where Joseph specialized in analog and digital design, compliance with global technical standards, and custom solution engineering. Joseph’s expertise spans multiple standards, including UL/IEC and EMC testing, and includes leadership training in team collaboration and conflict resolution.
