Melanieann Bauer

MelanieAnn Bauer has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. MelanieAnn is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Servest SA since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Acting HR Director (Security; Parking; Technical) at the same company from May 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, they worked as the HR Projects & Transformation Manager at Servest SA from October 2019 to June 2022. Before joining Servest SA, MelanieAnn worked as the HR and Transformation Manager at Technology Corporate Management from May 2017 to September 2019. Prior to that, they served as an HR Consultant at Emerge from December 2015 to May 2017. MelanieAnn also has experience as a Risk Coordinator at Eastvaal Motors from January 2015 to November 2015 and as a data capturer at JPAL from September 2013 to March 2014. MelanieAnn's earliest work experience was as a Tutor at the University of Cape Town in 2011.

MelanieAnn Bauer began their education at Gordon Road Girl's School, where they attended from 1999 to 2004. MelanieAnn then went on to Durban Girl's High School, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following their high school education, MelanieAnn pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Cape Town, graduating in 2014.

In 2015, they undertook a Labour Relations Management Certificate program at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. The following year, in 2016, MelanieAnn obtained a Training & Development Certificate from the same university, specializing in the field of Human Resources.

Looking ahead, MelanieAnn has plans to continue their education by pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Labour Law from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. This program is scheduled to take place from 2023 to 2026.

Additionally, in 2022, MelanieAnn attended the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, participating in a Mentorship for Leadership program.
