Mary B. Lucas

Mary B. Lucas has extensive work experience in the staffing industry, with roles in various companies. Mary began their career in 1980 at Adecco Group, holding positions from Recruiter to Vice President of the Central Region. Mary then joined Spherion Corporation, where they spent 15 years and held positions such as Senior Vice President, overseeing SMB sales and leading the Franchise/License network. In 2010, Mary worked as an Organizational and Executive Coach at DBM and as a Career Transition Coach at CareerCurve. Later, they became Chief Resource Officer at Staffmark from 2011 to 2016.
