Vikas V Shastry

Vikas V Shastry has over 3 years of work experience as a software engineer. Vikas most recently worked as a software engineer at Service 1st Financial from 2023 to present. Prior to that, they worked as a software engineer in the same company from August 2022 to January 2023. Vikas also worked as a software development engineer at Lam Research from 2018 to 2021, where they were awarded for implementing a log parsing engine using Smalltalk and developing a package management system using C#.NET and Power Shell. Vikas was also recognized for their leadership and accountability in revising and updating the code base of a robot module. Before that, they worked as an Android developer at Confirmtkt, where they designed, developed, and incorporated the ticket booking module into their Android app, built a railway tracking system for passengers, optimized app runtimes, and initiated, built, tested, and deployed an instant app.

Vikas V Shastry is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems at Northeastern University, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science Engineering from DAYANANDA SAGAR ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT, BANGALORE between the years 2014 and 2018.
