Darold Bivens (He, Him)

Darold Bivens is a dedicated project coordinator at Service Alternatives since February 2022, with a diverse background in customer service and communications. Previous positions include roles as a customer service specialist at The Home Depot and as a seasonal worker at Costco Wholesale, where Darold enforced health and safety protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. Experience as a customer service representative at Walgreens involved assisting customers with product selections and processing photo orders. Darold also served as Editor in Chief for Phi Kappa Sigma International Fraternity's Annual Magazine and held various positions in media and communication, including news producer and radio show host.
