Gabe Downey is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, sales, and management. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager II at Service Autopilot since April 2021, Gabe previously held various roles at Vonage, including Account Manager and Sales Development Representative, where responsibilities included engaging with clients and identifying communication needs. Prior to Vonage, Gabe excelled as a Field Sales representative at Peachtree Company, achieving sales over $250K per quarter, and as Store Manager at RAK Outfitters, successfully opening two new stores. A proven leader, Gabe also served as Head Coach for the Deer Run Dolphins swim team and held the position of Vice President of Business Affairs at Darton State College. Gabe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Kennesaw State University.
