Michael Jones has extensive experience in customer growth management and account management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Growth Management at Service Autopilot by Xplor since December 2019. Prior roles at Service Autopilot included Account Manager Team Lead, Account Manager II, Account Manager, and Sales Development Representative. Before joining Service Autopilot, Michael worked as an Advanced Sales Associate at Disney Vacation Club from August 2018 to July 2019, and held positions in Attractions-Operations and Merchandising at Walt Disney World from August 2017 to August 2018. Michael holds a degree from the University of Georgia's Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, earned between 2013 and 2017.
