Tomy Joseph has a extensive work experience in the IT field. Tomy started their career at Sony Information System Solutions as an Assistant Manager, where they led the System Professional Services team and transformed the company's data center for e-commerce readiness. Tomy then worked at Mercury Technology Group Inc. as a Managing Principal Consultant, handling infrastructure management for multiple clients and implementing backup and recovery solutions. Later, Tomy joined WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, LLC. as the Director of IT Operations & Infrastructure, where they transformed the corporate datacenter into a virtualized hybrid cloud infrastructure and integrated various IT systems. Tomy then worked at CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems as the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations, overseeing diverse service experiences and solutions. In their most recent role at The Arcticom Group, Tomy served as the Sr. Director and Head of Information Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC.
