Dan Michie

Dan Michie has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Dan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning NorCal. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President & Organizational Health Practice Leader at ClearPath Business Advisors. Dan also held the position of Vice President of People (Human Resources) at Service Champions HVAC. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President of Sales & Operations at Workterra and as the General Manager - Sales & Rental at Peterson Tractor Company. Dan has also served as the General Manager - Rental at Western States Equipment. In 2005, they co-founded Active Charity, a non-profit organization that supports local causes benefiting children and veterans.

Dan Michie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations, from California State University, Chico. Dan attended the university from 1989 to 1994. In 2010 to 2011, Dan Michie pursued further education and obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Caterpillar University, focusing on DMAIC methodology. Additionally, Dan Michie holds several additional certifications, including being a Predictive Index - Talent Optimization Certified Leader, which they obtained from The Predictive Index in July 2020. In October 2012, they obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Network Security from Alison Tarrant Education. Dan also achieved the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Caterpillar Inc. in May 2011.
