Francisco Sousa

Francisco Sousa has a diverse work experience in various finance and management roles. Francisco is currently working at Service Express as the VP Finance - Europe since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Groupon as the CFO - Groupon International from January 2019 to September 2023. Francisco also held the positions of Finance Director - EMEA Local from January 2018 to January 2019 and Finance Director - EMEA Goods from January 2016 to January 2018 at Groupon.

Before joining Groupon, Francisco worked at Symantec as the EMEA Deal Desk Manager for the Veritas business from March 2015 to January 2016. Francisco also served as the Commercial Manager - EMEA from August 2014 to March 2015.

Prior to Symantec, they worked at Lenovo as the Consumer Business Manager UK&I from September 2013 to July 2014, and as the Profit Manager - Western Europe from April 2011 to August 2013.

Francisco's early career includes roles at Dell, where they held various positions such as Finance Controller - Large Enterprise Spain from May 2010 to March 2011, Pricer - EMEA Consumer from July 2009 to May 2010, Pricer - Emerging Countries from August 2008 to July 2009, Finance Controller - Portugal from June 2006 to July 2008, and Credit & Collections - Portugal from February 2004 to June 2006.

Francisco Sousa has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Francisco further pursued their education by completing a Master's degree in European Studies from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, from 2000 to 2001. Afterward, they went on to attain a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Alcalá in 2001 to 2002.
