Melissa Rink

Melissa Rink has extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors. At Service Fusion, Melissa has held multiple roles since October 2018, including Associate Software Testing and Quality Engineer, Associate Product Owner, and Product Support Specialist. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Restoration Solutions from May 2013 to October 2018 as a Senior Customer Service Representative, and began a career in customer service as a Customer Care Representative at the same company from February 2012 to September 2012. Melissa's earlier experience includes working as a Night Auditor and front desk associate at Fargo Doublewood Inn and Conference Center from September 2012 to May 2013. Melissa graduated from Grapevine High School in 2010.
