Rahim Charania

Rahim Charania is an experienced operations and production manager with a demonstrated history of leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Service Linen Supply/MediCleanse since April 2024, Rahim previously held the position of Production Manager at Quanex from August 2023 to April 2024 and Senior Plant Manager at Cintas from March 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of 75 and overseeing the plant's P&L. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Subway, providing exceptional customer service, and as Operations Manager in the US Army, where Rahim supervised the logistics of over $5 million in safety equipment and ensured 100% certification in safety training. Rahim holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island.
