Daniel Froud

Daniel Froud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and product management, particularly in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Service NSW since October 2018, Daniel focuses on supporting small businesses in New South Wales. Prior to this, Daniel held various positions at OFX from June 2014 to October 2018, including Group Product Manager and Principal Product Manager, where responsibilities included managing product roadmaps and advocating for Agile development practices. Earlier experience includes business analysis roles at OzForex and Publishers Internationale, highlighting strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills. Daniel Froud holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of East Anglia.
