Michelle Dyer

Michelle Dyer has a diverse work experience. Michelle has been with Service One Credit Union since 2017, starting as the Director of Education and Associate Development, later becoming the AVP of HR and Organizational Development, and then VP of Human Resources and Organizational Development. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Chief Transformation and Administrative Officer, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Prior to Service One Credit Union, Michelle worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Western Kentucky University from 2016 to 2022. In 2017 and 2018, they also worked as a Leadership Consultant and Recruiter at Michelle Dyer Executive Solutions. Before that, they gained experience as a Multi-site HR Manager at Valspar from 2011 to 2016, and as an HR Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from 2008 to 2011.

Michelle Dyer completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, from the year 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Western Kentucky University, though the exact start year is not specified, they completed it in 2005.
