Geraldine Oger

Geraldine Oger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational development. Currently serving as Chef de programme IT and Responsable de la Cellule PMO at Service public de Wallonie since March 2016, Geraldine has established a PMO framework and project management methodologies. As the owner of B Com You since June 2014, Geraldine provides coaching services in project management. Previous roles include PMO Manager at UCM from October 2010 to March 2016, where responsibilities encompassed project portfolio management, performance tracking, and the implementation of PRINCE2 methodologies. Earlier experience includes various positions at UCM, including coordinating IT applications and leading front office teams. Geraldine Oger holds a degree in international management from Ichec Brussels Management School.
