Tomas Goldstein

Tomas Goldstein is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in customer service program development and implementation, aimed at enhancing client retention, market participation, and employee attitudes towards delivering superior service. Currently serving as a consultant at the Service Quality Institute since March 2010 and as President of Consultora Propia since January 2008, Tomas also operates as an independent consultant since January 2000. Previously, Tomas held the position of Executive Director at Vaad Hakehilot from 2006 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universidad Central de Venezuela, a degree in Industrial and Galenic Pharmacy from Universidad Santa María, and advanced management studies at IESA.
