Deborah Martin

Deborah Martin has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Deborah began their career as a Production Manager and HR Manager at The Clorox Company in 1992 and held this position until 1995. From 1995 to 1998, Deborah worked at Engelhard Corporation as the Human Resources Manager and Inside Sales Manager, where they had responsibilities in the United States, Netherlands, and Italy. Since 1998, Deborah has been the President of Service Specialists Ltd, where they focus on team development and has worked with professionals in various industries.

Deborah Martin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Statistics and Marketing from Mississippi State University. Deborah has also obtained several additional certifications, including "Recruiting Veterans" from LinkedIn, "Train the Trainer - Leadership in Action" from the Centers for Strategic Leadership Development, "Certified Staffing Professional" from the American Staffing Association. Deborah has also completed a course on "COVID Case Investigation & Contact Tracing" from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
